Faded Glory

IN time, stardom fades away. To proof this thesis I show you these pictures of baseball players from Boston from a time when there were no red socks around. These three ballplayers ruled the diamond around the half of the nineteenth century. The photos are made by James Wallace Black (1825-1896) and were once part of an album.
